The former lantern manufacturing facility with locations in New York, Chicago and London in its’ heyday was a vacant warehouse for years. Recently, it was converted to market rate apartments to serve the downtown Syracuse area.

Smith Building, Syracuse, NY
The Smith Building was a former restaurant and supply facility. A one hundred old establishment has given way to 24 market rate apartments near downtown Syracuse. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2021.
