The CHC Group,
Inc., as a Facility and/or Base Manager, work with our clients to set
up complete facility maintenance programs. We begin by establishing mutual
goals and outlining key objectives. The total program is guided by internally
developed and mutually defined goals and objectives. While the overall maintenance goal is to provide economical maintenance and general services to allow the facility to be used for its intended purpose, CHC additionally provides much expertise in the area of establishing cost saving measures. This is done at each facility under CHC's direction. In the life of a facility, its occupancy, use, and operation present many responsibilities. As Facility Managers, we willingly accept those responsibilities. Decisions regarding maintenance work are based on life cycle cost evaluations. At CHC, we are experts at making those evaluations.
